L'archived is based in Sydney, Australia. We currently ship to Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Singapore, the United States, and Malaysia. However, we are actively working to expand our shipping destinations.

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing prior to shipment. Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for any missing items or damages incurred by the courier. If you do not receive your item after it shows as delivered, please contact the courier directly.

To reduce the risk of fraud, we keep photos of the products during packaging and prior to shipping.
